starting ride
start by locating the qr code on any bike’s rear panel.
using a mobile device, scan the qr code and open the webpage when prompted.
once the site is loaded, follow the simple on-screen instructions to help ensure a safe and fun ride. your rate is determined by the total hours of your ride.* (see full details at checkout)
watch for the lights on each of your stalls to turn from red to green - this indicates that the bike is ready to be pulled out of the stall. your stall numbers are provided to you at checkout.
during ride
once your ride begins, feel free to explore at your own pace or visit nearby attractions and points of interest shown on your device after checkout.
ending ride
to return, align the bike(s) into any empty stall(s) and push firmly until it falls into place over the small ramp. once all bike(s) of your rental are returned, your receipt and ride details will be sent to your provided email.
