an outage or network error may have occurred. simply leave your bike(s) in the stall(s) — your pre-authorization hold will be resolved automatically by the system shortly.

the remaining amount of your initial pre-authorization hold, minus the actualized rental cost, will typically drop within a few minutes. this may take longer depending on your financial institution. if a charge remains for an abnormal amount of time, please email hello@dukebikes.co and we will investigate.

if you suspect any damage to a bike after unlocking, simply reinsert it into the stall and the system will handle your charge accordingly. please also visit dukebikes.co/user_report to let us know about the issue.
